Basically we ship items via Japan EMS. A Postal Insurance covers lost, stolen or damaged goods delivered via mail. If your item is damaged, missing, ruined etc., you can make your insurance claim to Japan’s post office. Mogan Shopping is not responsible for damaged, missing and ruined items. Mogan Shopping will provide you with the necessary information to help with your claim. Please read our terms of service.You can also add insurance for extra shipping security, please refer to
'Insurance&Refund'.
2.If I do not win, or win an auction at a price lower than my ceiling (maximum) bid?

If your bid did not win, the amount you placed would automatically be returned back to your Mogan Shopping account. If you win your bid below your ceiling (max) price, the difference will be reimbursed back into your Mogan Shopping account. The remaining balance in your account will be available for your next purchase.
3.Can I use PayPal to shop without a balance in my PayPal account?

Yes. To pay for purchases, simply link your credit card to your PayPal account. You can do this when you sign up for a Mogan account, or by updating your PayPal account profile. To view and edit your profile, sign in to your PayPal account and click on ‘Profile’ located at the top of the page.

5.What is your currency rate? Can I use my preferred currency to pay?

All items on Mogan Shopping site is calculated on the base of Japanese Yen. In 'My Account' you can select your preferred currency. In addition, you can check the latest Yen currency rate on our main page left side. However currency rate vary slightly each day.
6.I paid the item fee, but still not received them?

In this case, please make sure if you checkout for the 2nd payment which will be shown once the item arrives to our Japan warehouse. If your account deposit is insufficient to cover the 2nd payment, it will remain in our warehouse. You can go to 'My Account' to check if any unpaid items are waiting.
Do remember, after pay for the 2nd payment, you also have to operate the manual checkout at the same stage.
Otherwise, 2nd payment checkout will not be completed.
Please make sure if your Moagn account has deposit which cover the item fee. Usually this is due to the account balance is not enogh. As soon as you top up the deposit, you can continue to buy.

9.I place deposit via payapl, why it is not shown in my Mogan account?

For time efficiency, please pay through Mogan Shopping's payment page instead of Paypal's official payment page, otherwise you might be delayed and have to wait until your payment is approved which could take time. If in the unlikely event that the payment transaction remains processing after you have placed a deposit, the transaction would be unsuccessful and requires re-confirmation.
If you still have difficulties about PayPal payment, you can either send us the PayPal “payment completed” screenshot, or contact your local PayPal customer service.
