Consolidate Your Order (Up to 48 hours)

All orders are made available for a maximum duration of 2 days whereby you can continue purchasing up to 10 items per shipping package (from the same seller, consolidation service). After your first winning bid or purchase, you will be required to checkout within 48 hours (via our auto-system checkout function within 'My Account > Account Settings'). Note, if your account balance is not sufficient to cover the cost of your purchased item(s), you will not be able to continue to bid and buy.

Checkout to close your Order

You can view your purchased items within 'My Acount'. To save valuable time and avoid any delay (which may cause the seller to cancel the bid) we strongly encourage you to close the order as soon as possible after your shopping session. This will assure completion of your purchase and the commencement of the delivery process to your address.

Authenticity of the Auctioneer (2~3 days)

As soon as you win a bid or have purchased an item, Mogan Shopping will check, verify and assure the authenticity of the associated auctioneer or seller. We will then follow up by transferring the payment of the item(s) from your Mogan Shopping account.

Ensure your address and contact information is correct via My Account > Order List: Select item(s) > Package Type Selection.

Please note: our office hours are 10am-6pm (GMT+8) Mon to Fri. Thus, there might be a slight delay if you purchased some items during the weekend or if the seller is slow to respond. However, we will push the seller to process your order asap.

Japan domestic delivery (3~7 days)

As soon as the transaction is accepted, the seller will ship your item(s) to Mogan Shopping warehouse in Japan. It normally takes 3 to 4 days by Japan’s domestic delivery service. After receiving your item(s), we will proceed to prepare it for international shipping.

2nd Payment & Repackaging

Your order has arrived to our warehouse in Japan. We will notify you of any relevant fees before any shipping begins. Items will not be shipped until shipping fee (payment 2) has been transferred. If you wish to add extra packaging (for fragile items) we recommend you specify this by going to My Account > Order List: select item(s) and click package type selection. We mainly operate with EMS because of their reliable and secure service delivery for your peace of mind.

2nd Payment (Shipping)

Your order will remain in our warehouse ready for international shipping until the 2nd payment is transferred. Please refer to ‘2nd Payment Checkout’ page and also ‘Shipping Fees’. If you need further assistance, please contact us at service@moganshopping.com.

International Shipping to Your Address

Once your 2nd payment has been transferred, your order will commence international shipping. Delivery time to your home country will vary, depending on the destination and the delivery method you have chosen. If you need an EMS tracking number you can find your item tracking number within 'My Account > Order Info > Order List: select item(s) and look under Package Information. Then track your items via the Japan Post Office website listed within 'Shipping Fees' to tracking your order.

Customs & Local Delivery

Please final confirm if your 2nd payment has been made, otherwise your item will be hold in our international warehouse. Your order is going through customs and is being prepared to be delivered to your specified address. When your package arrives in your country, it must first clear customs before it can be delivered locally. This is a necessary procedure over which Mogan Shopping has no control, and which might delay your order delivery time. For more details, please go to: Restricted Items.
