We strongly suggest customers to select EMS shipping to avoid the possibility of any damage or losing your items during international shipping. If your package is broken or damaged, please contact your local post office or Mogan Shopping. We will try to help you open your claim via the following procedure.

IMPORTANT: Please, be aware of the difference between ALL RISK and TOTAL LOSS shipping insurance coverage.



Note: The above insurance claim can only be applied on the condition that the seller rating has more than 80+ or 95+ positive feedbacks respectively. Please refer to our poor seller rating listing to check risk sellers that are excluded from our buyer protection coverage.



In the unlikely event of freight damage or loss:

  1. Inspect your package immediately if you suspect any physical damage or incomplete package or loss of items.
  2. Any loss or damage found on your package at the time of delivery MUST be recorded and signed off on the delivery receipt as an exception. Please be sure to keep a copy for your own cargo insurance claim.
  3. Any shipment loss or damage must be promptly reported to a Mogan Shopping representative within 7 days after signing the delivery receipt form.
  4. You MUST also immediately file a written claim and photo evidence, along with the original item condition. Please keep the item's condition as it is when you received.
  5. The above procedures and documentation will normally be sufficient, but specific circumstances may also be required. You must act promptly with reason to safely preserve and protect your shipment in order to guarantee your rights.

CLAIMS DOCUMENTATION (International shipping)


PLEASE NOTE: YOUR CLAIM AGAINST THE SHIPPING INSURANCE COMPANY MAY BE PREJUDICED IF YOU FAIL TO PRESERVE ALL RIGHTS AGAINST THE PARTIES RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE AND/OR FAIL TO PRESERVE AND SAFEGUARD YOUR SHIPMENT.
Items without insurance will not will be covered by our refund policy unless the item is complete new and untouched with its tag attached. Opened CDs, DVDs, Games, Books, software, etc. are not covered in our refund policy.

Return Policy (not suitable for auction)

In order to provide a secure peace-of-mind, worry-free, shopping environment, we are willing to consider buying your item and have it sent to us at **% of the full item price. Once your claim has passed its review, Mogan Shopping will take ownership of the item.

How to Send Item to Us

  1. Go to 'My Account' and fill out the refund application form. (My Account > Account Info > Refund)
  2. A Mogan Shopping representative will be in contact with you shortly.
  3. Please follow the instructions to return the item back to our warehouse (you will however, be required to cover the shipping fee)
  4. Our warehouse staff will inspect the condition of the item(s) and log a record of your case.
  5. We will reimburse the refund to your Mogan Shopping deposit account.

Refund

If you pay with Alipay, you will receive your refund into the same account from where the purchase was transferred from. If you fail to win an auction bid, or you won an auction bid at a price lower than your maximum deposited bid, your amount will be accredited shortly afterwards. If you have been out-bidden, you may choose to leave the money in your account to use for future auctions, or you may withdraw your deposit by ordering a refund. Please remember to select all refunds or partial refunds, provided no outstanding payment exists. If the customer has pending payment, the customer has to clear up the pending payment, then apply for the refund. If the customer is still bidding or buying, the seller has to leave some money in the account for the item deposit.

Refund

Refund period:

We process refund requests as fast as possible during our regular office hours. However, transferring your funds back to your accounts may take a few days. For international customers, the refund processing time will be done within 2 business days (GMT+8), excluding weekends and national holidays.
